成人高考英语作文一般要求100-120字。

写作评分原则：

1、本题总分为25分，分五档给分。

2、评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言确定其所属档次，然后根据该档次的具体要求给分。

3、纳入第五档的作文应取得至少两位阅卷教师的认可。

4、字数不足100或超出120的，酌情扣1分～2分。

5、拼写与标点符号的准确性视其对表达的影响程度予以评分。英、美式拼写均可。

6、如书写较差，以致影响表达，将分数降低一个档次。

1、注意分点论述

无论是哪个类型的成人高考英语作文，考生要完成的内容都是有条理的。考生在前后两条内容中间，可以适当使用连接词汇，如first、second、third、last等使得文章层次分明，结构完整。

2、注意使用短语

无论是高起点层次还是专升本层次，其作文题目都有一定的字数要求，当考生基础薄弱，尤其是单词量储备不是非常丰富的时候，就可以多准备一些常用的短语，用同义短语替换原本应当使用的单词。
